Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver using our own fleet of vehicles within a 50-mile radius of our depots.
  • Orders beyond 50 miles may be delivered via external courier services.

Delivery Method & Access

  • All deliveries are kerbside only. Our drivers cannot carry items into the property or rear garden, and crane delivery is not available.
  • Customers must ensure suitable lorry access and assistance for unloading. Any access restrictions should be advised at the point of order.

Delivery Times

  • Normal delivery is within 7 working days unless stated otherwise.
  • For courier deliveries, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

  • Charges are calculated based on your postcode at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for additional delivery charges caused by inaccurate delivery instructions or inability to unload the delivery.

Receiving Your Order

  • Please check all paperwork and count all items when your order is delivered.
  • Report any missing or damaged items immediately to timber@eoburton.com.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original condition, with all packaging and labels intact to be eligible for a return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return

  • To start a return, email us at timber@eoburton.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our support team will provide instructions for returning your items.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • We do not charge any additional restocking fees.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
