There is a minimum order value of £250 for delivery.

There is no minimum order for collection from our Brentwood or Snetterton locations.

Delivery charges are calculated by postcode on checkout. We operate our own vehicles for deliveries within a 50 mile radius, anything above 50 mile radius may be delivered on external couriers.

Deliveries are kerbside only and our drivers must have assistance for unloading the vehicle as we don’t operate crane delivery vehicles. Suitable lorry access is required, and any access issues should be advised at point of order. Our drivers will not carry items into the property or rear garden.

 Please also advise us at point of order if there are any restrictions on days you are able to take delivery.

We use couriers for some deliveries, so specific delivery times cannot be given.

Our normal delivery time is within 7 working days unless stated otherwise.

When goods are delivered, please check all paperwork is correct and all items have been counted.

The customer is responsible for any re delivery charges caused but giving inaccurate delivery instructions regarding access or the customer being unable to unload delivery.
